Currently, we ship with Canada Post. Options for delivery are displayed at checkout.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Unfortunately, we can’t give you an exact time. Depending on
your location and delivery method chosen, shipping takes anywhere from 3-7 business days. Order
fulfillment takes place in Alberta, so the closer you are, the faster the
package will arrive.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order
has been fulfilled. You can use this to track your travelling bundle and get up
to date delivery status.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We fulfil orders with cozy cushioning to help ensure your
new products arrive free of damage; however, it is alleged that sometimes the couriers
practice their football skills with packages and damage may occur. Annoying?
Yes, and we are terribly sorry if this has happened to your package. If your package arrives and the contents
inside are damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can
arrange a suitable solution for you.
If your order does not arrive, let us first apologize for
the inconvenience. Please contact us within 4 weeks of dispatch so that we can
lodge an inquiry pronto! It is important to do this quickly as lost package
claims require prompt investigation; someone is without their new favorite products
and also the couriers have claim deadlines. We will make every effort to track
down your items and replace them if they’re lost. If the items are no longer available,
we will either get you a refund, exchange or in store credit for the value of the
goods which have consigned to oblivion.
If your order did not arrive, contact us through our contact page or by emailing us at email@example.com and use subject line "LOST PACKAGE" or "ITEMS GONE INTO THE ABYSS" or something alarming like that.
Your 100% satisfaction is important to us, we want you to love your new products (and we're sure you will) but if for any reason, you are not satisfied, we offer free returns or exchanges within 30-days of item receipt. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Returns between 31-60 days are eligible for a store credit.
To be eligible for a return, goods must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Our team will provide you with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
Please note that we are unable to refund original shipping costs.
When returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email, with notification about the status of the refund.
Once the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
Please note that items must be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
We do our best to inspect all products prior to dispatch but should a defective item be delivered to you, we will gladly replace it. Please include a photo of the defective product and confirmation of return; as soon as it has been received, a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 7 business days.

Please return your products in all original packaging and condition. Due to the nature of personal care products, any product which has been used is not eligible for a return; however, if you are having any issues with your items, please let us know right away so we can work with you to find a suitable solution!
Products which have been damaged by the customer are not eligible for a return.

Gift cards are not eligible for returns.

If the exchange order value is less than the original purchase, a refund of the difference will be issued to the original method of payment. As soon as your unworn and unused product has been received, your exchange will be completed and sent to you pronto!
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

ONLINE STORE CREDITS
If you want to return or exchange your products and it is after our 30 day requirement but within 31-60 days of the original delivery, you may do so and receive an in store credit. Contact us through our contact page or by emailing us at email@example.com to initiate your store credit!
Certain types of items cannot be returned once used, like personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards

How do I sign up?
Signing up is easy! How do I check my balance?
Click on the dashboard and log in to your account, your Beautiquoins balance will pop up immediately, letting you know how much you have earned.
Do my Beautiquoins Expire?
Nope! They will be there whenever you're ready to use them.
I created an account through the website, not the dashboard, am I still signed up for Beauty Board Rewards?
Yes! If you signed up through the website and not the dashboard, you are still signed up to receive Beautiquoins. If you do not have an email and password set up, you will need to make an account in order to redeem rewards. We do recommend that you proceed through the dashboard here.
Can I have multiple accounts created or move Beautiquoins to and from another account?
You can only have one account set up and Beautiquoins are non-transferrable.
How do I redeem my Beautiquoins?
Simply apply your balance to the items in your cart once you have enough to redeem - or you can keep banking them to spend on a larger purchase! Beautiquoins are not eligible for combination with a discount or coupon code.
What balance do I earn rewards on?
Beautiquoins are earned based on product prices only, any taxes, shipping or gift card purchases do not qualify to earn Beautiquoins.

I have a discount code for my order, can I use it and also get a bundle markdown?
Unfortunately, you cannot combine discounts. If you would like to use your discount code instead of a bundle discount, you can remove the bundle discount from the checkout screen and then apply your own to the entire order.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Codes can not be combined with more than one offer at a time on purchases
Afterpay is a service that allows us to offer our customers the ability to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal installments, made every 2 weeks, without any interest.

Afterpay is always zero interest. You pay nothing extra when you pay on time, according to your payment schedule. The only fees are late fees for missed payments.

HOW DOES THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE WORK?
Customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining three payments are due every 2 weeks in equal installments and will be drawn from your selected payment method. If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log in to Afterpay to make your payments early.
You can log in to your Afterpay account anytime to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the next due date.
WILL I BE NOTIFIED WHEN A PAYMENT IS DUE?
Afterpay sends payment reminders via SMS and email prior to payments becoming due. It is also easy to view your orders and payment schedules on Afterpay.com or in the Afterpay App.
CAN I PAY EARLY?
You can make payments anytime before your due date. If you’d like to make payments before your scheduled pay dates, you can do so through your Afterpay account. Just select the installment you’d like to pay early and hit "Pay Now."

WHEN WILL MY ITEMS BE DELIVERED IF I USE AFTERPAY?
Afterpay orders are delivered in the same manner as any other payment provider, without delay.
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM PURCHASED USING AFTERPAY?
Afterpay returns follow our standard return process. Please visit our returns & exchanges page on how to return items. Please note, refunds for Afterpay will first be refunded from QMBeautique to Afterpay, and then to you. We cannot provide an exchange or cash refund. Have more questions about Afterpay returns? CAN I EDIT OR MODIFY MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?
Once Afterpay has approved an order, additional items cannot be added. QMBeautique is able to issue partial refunds through Afterpay if items are not in stock or cannot be fulfilled for any reason.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Refunds for customers using the Afterpay payment option will follow the standard return policy and will first be refunded from QMBeautique to Afterpay, and then to the customer. For this reason, we do not offer an exchange or cash refund for Afterpay orders.
Afterpay will only process refunds following (1) the issue of a refund request via the Merchant Portal or (2) the issue of a refund request via your direct ecommerce integration.
Once Afterpay has approved an order, order details cannot be modified, and items cannot be added to the order. We encourage customers to place a new, and separate order if they would like to add additional items to their purchase.
Afterpay is committed to supporting responsible spending and do not approve all orders. If an order fails Afterpay’s order assessment criteria, the customer will be directed back to our website checkout page with a notification that the order has been declined. The customer can then attempt to complete the purchase using a different payment method.
