Shipping FAQ
Due to the current and ongoing Canada Post strike, shipments selected with Canada Post shipping will experience delays.
If you place an order during the Canada Post strike, your order will be held until operations continue; therefore, we recommend selecting an alternate carrier (UPS, Purolator, or FedEx) at checkout.
We encourage you to monitor Canada Post strike status prior to placing online orders using Canada Post as the courier.
We pack every order with cozy cushioning to keep your goodies safe — but word has it that sometimes couriers practice their football skills mid-route.
If your package arrives and the contents inside are damaged:
- Take a photo and contact us immediately at support@qmbeautique.ca so we can arrange a suitable solution.
If your order goes missing or if your tracking number shows the package as delivered, but you haven't received it:
- Please reach out to the carrier first to open an investigation or file a claim using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email or through your customer account. Most times, the package was delivered to the wrong house or mail box.
- If you have reached out to the courier and you have not received an adequate response, or your order is in fact lost: Please contact us through our contact page or by emailing us at support@qmbeautique.ca and use subject line "LOST PACKAGE" or "ITEMS GONE INTO THE ABYSS" or something alarming like that.
Please contact us within 4 weeks of dispatch so that we can lodge an inquiry pronto! It is important to do this quickly as lost package claims require prompt investigation; since, a. someone is without their new favorite products and b. also the couriers have claim deadlines.
We will make every effort to track down your items and replace them if they're lost. If the items are no longer available, we will either get you a refund, exchange or in store credit for the value of the goods which have consigned to oblivion.
Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping options. You can log in and track your orders from your account sign in page to get updated delivery dates.
Please note that fulfillment takes place in Alberta, so the closer you are, the faster your order will arrive.
Orders are generally processed within 24-48 hours. Any changes or cancellations to your order can be done by contacting us within three hours of order placement.

Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipping. We're working hard to get your awesome new products into your hands as quickly as possible!
Once your package has shipped, your order will be updated in your Account and you will also receive an email with tracking number and information which you can then use to follow your travelling bundle's journey in real time.
We offer shipping through Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, and FedEx at various delivery windows.
Available delivery options for your region will appear at checkout once you have entered your delivery address.
We offer shipping across Canada and the United States.
A quick heads up to our U.S. friends
Due to some new cross-border rules (ahem...tariffs), and the recent removal of the de minimus (effective August 29th, 2025), U.S. customs may add import duties, taxes, and tariff fees based on their own assessments.
We wish we could control it - but apparently it's part of a plan to "make America very, very rich".
Unfortunately, we do not get to see or determine these fees - they're set by customs and the folks who decided tariffs were a good idea. Any such charges are not included in your shipping total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Refunds for returned or refused packages will have shipping and related costs deducted from the refund total.
All orders ship directly from Airdrie, Alberta, Canada.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds FAQ
Your 100% satisfaction is important to us, we want you to love your new products (and we're sure you will) but if for any reason, you are not satisfied, we offer free returns or exchanges within 30-days of item receipt. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Here's a quick summary of our Return & Exchange Policy for full refunds:
- If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer a 100% refund or replacement.
- Timing: we have a 30-day Return & Exchange Policy for refunds, from the day item was delivered to you
- Returns between 31-60 days are eligible for a store credit. To be eligible for a return, goods must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- For returns, please contact us through our contact page or by emailing us at returns@qmbeautique.ca with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with instructions where to send returned goods.
- Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
- Please note that we are unable to refund original shipping costs.
- When returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email, with notification about the status of the refund.
- Once the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
Please note that items must be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
We do our best to inspect all products prior to dispatch but should a defective item be delivered to you, we will gladly replace it. Please include a photo of the defective product and confirmation of return; as soon as it has been received, a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 7 business days.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, you may initiate a return here through our contact page or by emailing us at returns@qmbeautique.ca. Please return your products in all original packaging and condition.
As soon as your unworn and unused product has been received, a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 7 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Please note that we are unable to refund original shipping costs.
Due to the nature of personal care products, any product which has been used is not eligible for a return; however, if you are having any issues with your items, please let us know right away so we can work with you to find a suitable solution!
Products which have been damaged by the customer are not eligible for a return.Items sold on Final Sale are not eligible for a return.
Gift cards are not eligible for returns.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know once the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note that items must be exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for something else. If the exchange order value is less than the original purchase, a refund of the difference will be issued to the original method of payment. If the exchange order value is higher than the original purchase, payment is required prior to new order fulfillment.
As soon as your unworn and unused product has been received, your exchange will be completed and sent to you pronto!
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If you want to return or exchange your products and it is after our 30 day requirement but within 31-60 days of the original delivery, you may do so and receive an in store credit.

Certain types of items cannot be returned once used, like personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards
Afterpay FAQ
Afterpay orders are delivered in the same manner as any other payment provider, without delay.
Afterpay returns follow our standard return process. Please visit our returns & exchanges page on how to return items. Please note, refunds for Afterpay will first be refunded from QMBeautique to Afterpay, and then to you. We cannot provide an exchange or cash refund. Have more questions about Afterpay returns? Once Afterpay has approved an order, additional items cannot be added. QMBeautique is able to issue partial refunds through Afterpay if items are not in stock or cannot be fulfilled for any reason.
Refunds for customers using the Afterpay payment option will follow the standard return policy and will first be refunded from QMBeautique to Afterpay, and then to the customer. For this reason, we do not offer an exchange or cash refund for Afterpay orders.
Once Afterpay has approved an order, order details cannot be modified, and items cannot be added to the order. We encourage customers to place a new, and separate order if they would like to add additional items to their purchase.
Afterpay is committed to supporting responsible spending and do not approve all orders. If an order fails Afterpay’s order assessment criteria, the customer will be directed back to our website checkout page with a notification that the order has been declined. The customer can then attempt to complete the purchase using a different payment method.
