Return & Refund Policy

At QMBeautique™, our aim is to ensure you fall in love with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and unopened;
  • In the same condition that you received it;
  • In its original packaging; and
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us and include "RETURN" in the subject line.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unless the return is due to our error (including defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is defective;
  • Your item arrives damaged;
  • You receive the wrong item; or
  • Something appears to be missing from your order.

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely. However, on rare occasions, shipping damage can occur. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:

  • A replacement;
  • A refund;
  • Store credit; or
  • Another suitable resolution at our discretion.

Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Please contact us within 4 weeks of your shipping confirmation so that we can investigate the matter promptly with the carrier.

If a package is deemed lost by the carrier and the products are no longer available, we may offer:

  • A replacement;
  • A refund; or
  • Store credit,

at our discretion.

Delivered Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, QMBeautique™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been stolen, we recommend:

  • Checking with household members and neighbours;
  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly; and
  • Filing a report with local authorities where appropriate.

While we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for stolen packages, we will always do our best to assist you.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on products that have been:

  • Opened;
  • Used;
  • Worn;
  • Tested; or
  • Tampered with.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • False lashes
  • Eyeliners
  • Skincare products
  • Personal care items
  • Beauty accessories that have been used

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Clearance items
  • Promotional bundles marked as final sale

If you have questions about your specific item, please contact us before initiating a return.

Allergic Reactions & Sensitivities

Individual sensitivities and allergic reactions vary from person to person. We do our best to ensure that our formulas are gentle and made with minimal ingredients; however, we cannot guarantee against reactions.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists and product information prior to use.

Products that have been opened or used due to an allergic reaction or sensitivity are not eligible for return.

If you experience an adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice if necessary.

Exchanges

Items eligible for exchange must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, products must be:

  • Unused;
  • Unopened;
  • In their original condition and packaging.

If the exchange item is:

  • Less than the original purchase value, the difference will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Greater than the original purchase value, additional payment will be required prior to shipment.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your exchange will be processed as quickly as possible.

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
  • Most refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Online Store Credit

If it has been more than 30 days but less than 60 days since receiving your order, you may still be eligible for an online store credit, provided that the products are:

  • Unused;
  • Unopened; and
  • In their original packaging.

Store credit issued by QMBeautique™:

  • Does not expire; and
  • Is non-transferable.

Beauty Product Satisfaction

We stand behind our products and genuinely want you to love your purchase.

Because many of our products are personal-use beauty items, certain returns cannot be accepted for hygiene and safety reasons. However, if something isn't right, please reach out to us. Our team is always happy to work with you to find a suitable solution whenever possible.

Payment Disputes

If you experience an issue with your order, we kindly ask that you contact us first so we have the opportunity to make things right.

QMBeautique™ reserves the right to provide order information, shipment tracking information, communications, and other relevant documentation to payment processors or financial institutions in connection with any chargeback or payment dispute.
